You don't have to live in Sugar Land to get fitted right. This shop sits just southwest of Houston, and a meaningful share of the people walking through the door drove in from Houston proper, Katy, Missouri City, Pearland, and Richmond, because the closest tailor to their house was never going to be the right one.
A bespoke suit or a wedding dress alteration isn't a same-day errand no matter where you get it done. It's two or three fittings over several weeks. The extra time to Sugar Land instead of somewhere in the city doesn't change how often you're in the chair. What it changes is who's doing the work.
I build suits from scratch, full canvas, over 30 measurements, fabric from mills in England and Italy. I alter wedding dresses with the same care I gave the gowns a Miss Universe wore to her own crowning. And I fit bodies most Houston tailors don't want to deal with: tall guys, big guys, short guys, the ones standard sizing ignores.
